摘 要:多块稀土永磁材料由极靴通过非导磁螺钉固定在钕铁硼永磁发电机转子铁芯上,相邻的稀土永磁材料极性相反,即N极S极间隔排列,组成钕铁硼永磁转子,当转子转动时,磁场旋转,线圈切割磁力线,产生电动势。设计出了由基准电路、比较电路、触发电路和整流稳压电路组成的四相半波可控整流稳压器,该稳压器集稳压、整流于一体,输出电压稳定的直流电,解决了汽车用42 V永磁发电机在宽转速、宽负载范围内输出电压不稳定的问题。 关键词:稀土永磁;发电机;整流稳压
Abstract: The rotor of rare-earth permanent-magnet generator is made up of a rotor core and much of the permanent-magnet material and pole shoes fixed on the core with non-magnetic screw.When the rotor rotates,N poles and S poles alternately pass the stator coils,and it generates electricity.The four-phase half-wave commutation and stabilizing voltage regulator which include the reference circuit,comparison circuit,flip-flop circuit and the rectifier circuit is designed.which can both regulate the voltage and the current,output direct current with stable voltage.The problem of instable voltage which generated by the automobile’s 42V permanent-magnet generator at wide speed and wide load is solved. |
